Thank you for donating to Tru Soldier. Please keep in mind that we are not a not-for-profit, so you will not be able to deduct this donation from your taxes. We keep this status because we want to give money directly to individuals who are most deserving of the money to help those who really need the help.
All donated money will be distributed to injured veterans who have a compelling need for the money at one of our events. In general we will not give more than $1000 to any single individual to make sure that the money is distributed in an equitable way.
If you would prefer a tax write off, please give to The Wounded Warrior Project which is a great an honorable group.
